With over ten years of experience in the field, he recognized a need for a platform where people could easily access and personalize house plans online. Michael’s journey began with a simple idea: to make the process of designing and customizing homes straightforward and accessible for everyone. Steve – Head of Design

Steve leads our design team with creativity and skill. He has a strong background in architecture and a natural talent for creating beautiful, functional spaces. Steve is responsible for ensuring that every house plan in our collection is thoughtfully designed to meet a variety of needs. He enjoys the challenge of making each design both practical and visually appealing, ensuring that our clients can find a plan that feels like home.

James – Customer Relations Manager

James is the friendly face of our customer service team. With years of experience in client relations, he is dedicated to ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with HCML. James is always ready to assist with inquiries, offer guidance on choosing the perfect house plan, and provide support throughout the customization process.
